At Chinyere, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier service or schedule a pickup using the pre-paid shipping label provided by our support team.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
